Tasting Parties
Unfortunately due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, all parties have been delayed until further notice.
Rental Equipment
Cake platters and stands are available for event rental. Preferred food trays, platters, or vessels may be requested for rent or purchase to make your event even more special!
Packaging
All products are packaged with luxury in mind! We want our products to arrive to you safely and in style!
Payments
All payments are made electronically either online or in-person using a card & chip reader for your convenience. Unfortunately paper checks and cash will not be accepted.
Out of Town Service
Is your event in Northern Virginia, Virginia Beach, Charlottesville, or Out of State? No problem! JC Desserts understands destination events are a thing and will gladly service them. Just let us in on your big plans!
Consultations
Sit down and have a one on one consultation or tasting with the chef about your special occasion. Phone and in-person consults are free of charge. Personal tastings will acquire a service fee. Click on the Contacts Page to start the process!
Deliveries
We take special care during the delivery process as we want our products to arrive to you just as they appear on our site! All addresses within Richmond City and surrounding counties are serviced. Event locations outside of the Greater Richmond area are subject to additional fees.
Table/Buffet Set-Up
Dessert tables are a wonderful way to present and display the dessert options you've chosen to please your guests. We love to give a clean and elegant touch to our tables, it's the "cherry on top" to our dessert making process.
How to order
Our daily menu is available online 24/7 for you to make your selections and pay all in one place! For custom items, start by calling or sending an email and we'll discuss your order and/or event in full detail. If a private tasting is needed, you’ll be prompted to visit our online store where you’ll be able to make a reservation and pay required fee. If a private tasting is not needed, together we'll fill out a detailed order form at which a deposit or full payment will be required and the ordering process will be complete!
