The Crolo - Banana
Where Parisian pastry meets southern comfort — a rich, pull-apart loaf that’s half croissant, half banana bread, and wholly irresistible. Buttery layers of flaky croissant dough intertwine with the moist, caramelized sweetness of banana bread, baked to golden perfection and finished with a cinnamon sugar crust. Each bite is a harmony of crisp edges, soft centers, and melt-in-your-mouth decadence — an experience that blurs the line between breakfast indulgence and dessert obsession.
*Contains gluten & dairy.
Serves 4-6
Where indulgence meets obsession. Layers of buttery croissant dough, fried to a delicate crisp and kissed with cinnamon sugar or our signature seasonal glaze. The perfect balance of rich, flaky, and unforgettable.
